Presale and pre-sale of products

With a presale order, you buy one of our items that we offer in advance. The item has not yet physically arrived in our warehouse and cannot be sent to you directly after your purchase. If you buy a presale item, you reserve this item for yourself. We will ship the item as soon as it arrives in our warehouse.

This is how the Step by Stap

1. You order as usual from our online store. In the case of our T-shirt pre-sale, this means that you simply add your desired T-shirt to the shopping cart. You can also add several T-shirts or T-shirts together with socks to your shopping cart. This means that you can buy presale items and normally available items together. A presale item is treated in the same way as normally available goods.
2. Then go to the store checkout and complete your order as usual. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. All items are listed in the order confirmation. Presale items are specially marked and you will find further information about the presale in the email.

3. If you have ordered normally available items, we will send them to you immediately and you will normally receive your package within 2 to 3 working days. In this case you will receive 2 parcels from us. The shipping cost limit still applies as usual. This means that we will send you the second package free of shipping costs in any case.

4. We send items in presale as soon as they have physically arrived in our warehouse. You will then receive a second parcel.

5. As soon as the package with your presale item leaves the warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification by e-mail.

6. It usually takes between 4 and 8 weeks for presale goods to arrive at our warehouse after the start of the presale in the webshop.

For the T-shirt presale, the shirts should be sent to you between July 5, 2024 and July 12, 2024.

Attention: Shipping will be postponed to the end of July due to delayed delivery by the producer!
