During Black Week and Black Friday, large parts of our product range are discounted by up to 77%. The promotion is open to all customers and works without a voucher code.

 

Shipping and customer care during Black Weeks and Black Friday

During Black Weeks and Black Friday, we receive a considerable volume of orders. We try to process all orders as quickly as possible. We usually manage this within 2 to 3 days. Sometimes, however, it can take 3 to 5 days for a parcel to be delivered. A Mail and Express orders are processed by our logistics department with higher priority.
