For technical reasons, we cannot offer tracking for all items, as parcels up to a certain size are sometimes sent as letter post. In Switzerland, tracking is technically only possible with Swiss Post for parcels. In Germany and Austria, we can offer parcel tracking for all items with DHL.
Parcel tracking in Switzerland
If you order a parcel with more than 4 pairs of socks, we can currently send you the tracking number by e-mail on request. Please send us an email to <contact@dillysocks.com>.
We are working on sending you the tracking number as soon as possible automatically in the dispatch confirmation e-mail.
Parcel tracking in Germany and EU
In Germany and EU we offer automatic parcel tracking for all orders. We will send you the tracking code for your parcel with your dispatch confirmation e-mail.
